Cheesy Mac

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped tomato

2 cup macaroni

4 cup water

garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder to taste

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Directions

1. Brown ground meat and onions.

2. Add tomatoes, macaroni, water and seasonings.

3. Bring to a bowl, cover and reduce heat. Cook for 15 mintues or until macaroni is done.

4. Top with shredded cheese.

5. Enjoy!!!
